We may process merchant account information, Shopify store information, program settings, applications, member profiles, referral and order attribution, submitted content, reward records, communications, and technical usage information needed to provide and secure SponDeck.

How we use information

We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, manage sponsorship programs, calculate and display program activity, provide support, maintain security, improve SponDeck, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Shopify and Stripe

SponDeck integrates with Shopify and may integrate with Stripe. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Sensitive payout destination information is collected through Stripe-hosted experiences and is not entered directly into SponDeck.

Information sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, communicate, and operate SponDeck; with a merchant responsible for the program in which a member participates; or when required by law.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Merchants may manage program information through SponDeck. Program members should first contact the merchant that operates their program regarding access, correction, or deletion requests. Requests concerning SponDeck itself can be submitted through the support channel available inside the application.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
