Terms of Service

The service

SponDeck provides software for merchants to organize sponsorship, ambassador, affiliate, and creator programs. Features may include applications, member portals, referral tracking, content review, rewards, and payout record management.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for their program rules, member relationships, eligibility decisions, reward approvals, payment obligations, tax obligations, legal compliance, and the accuracy of information entered into SponDeck.

Payments and third-party services

SponDeck may connect to third-party services such as Shopify and Stripe. A merchant’s use of those services is governed by the provider’s own terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, SponDeck does not hold merchant funds, guarantee payments, or act as the employer or agent of a program member.

Acceptable use

You may not use SponDeck to violate law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malicious code, gain unauthorized access, misrepresent program terms, or facilitate fraudulent or deceptive activity.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining authorized access to your Shopify store and SponDeck workspace and for activity performed through your accounts. Notify SponDeck through the in-application support channel if you believe access has been compromised.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Intellectual property

SponDeck and its software, design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Merchants retain responsibility for and rights to the brand materials and program content they submit, subject to the permission needed for SponDeck to process and display that content.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, SponDeck is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. SponDeck is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party services.

Termination

You may stop using SponDeck by uninstalling the application. We may restrict access for a material violation of these terms, unlawful conduct, security risk, or nonpayment of applicable fees.
